Hindu Heritage Summer Camp

Returning for her twelfth year, Arya is honored to serve as this year’s Director. Having attended camp as a camper and served as a counselor, head counselor, photo journalist, and Assistant Director Arya credits HHSC with a great deal of her cultural and spiritual development in addition to giving her lifelong friendships. Originally from the DC metro area, Arya is a junior studying public health and medical anthropology at New York University. She is thrilled to make 2026 a summer to remember!

Taron is thrilled to return to camp this year as Director! Since first coming to camp, he has truly done it all — serving as kitchen staff, medical assistant, photo journalist, counselor, Head Counselor, Assistant Director, and Staff Coordinator. Originally from Pennsylvania, Taron treasures the strong sense of community, tradition, and connection that define camp life. Camp has shaped him in countless ways, offering lifelong friendships and meaningful leadership lessons.

Nikki’s journey here began in 2018. After four years as a camper, she transitioned into leadership, serving as a Counselor and, most recently, as Head Counselor. This year, she is thrilled to return as Assistant Director.

Anoushka is incredibly excited to return as Assistant Director this year! Coming to camp since 2016, she has been a camper, counselor, and, most recently, Head Counselor. She is from Dallas, Texas.
